1. Payment Terms:

  • Upon accepting our quote, a 90% upfront payment is required.

  • No hidden fees are included in the quoted price.

2. Cancellation Policy:

  • If project completion surpasses 50%, no refunds will be issued.

  • Clients may cancel at any time; however, a cancellation fee of 5% of the total quoted price applies.

3. Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs):

  • If an NDA is required, additional discussions and terms will apply.

4. Client Verification:

  • We require a verified company profile or LinkedIn ID from the client before commencing any project.

5. Ethics and Termination:

  • Breaching our ethics policy results in immediate project termination, with applicable cancellation terms enforced.

6. Scope of Work:

  • We reserve the right to decline projects that involve content we deem inappropriate, such as pornography or illegal activities.

7. Confidentiality and Liability:

  • Client information is strictly confidential.

  • Our liability is limited to the total payment received for the specific project.

8. Delivery and Revisions:

  • Project timelines and revision policies will be agreed upon before work begins.

  • Additional charges may apply for revisions beyond the agreed scope.

9. Legal Compliance:

  • Our agreements adhere to the laws of our registration jurisdiction.

  • Any disputes will be resolved in our local courts.

Agreement Acknowledgment: By proceeding with payment, clients agree to these terms, signaling a commitment to a collaborative and transparent working relationship.

Refund and Returns Policy (For Non-Source Code Based Products):

  • Our refund policy is active for 30 days post-purchase. After 30 days, refunds or exchanges are not available.

  • Eligible returns must be unused and in original packaging.

  • Non-returnable items: Gift cards, downloadable software, certain health and personal care items.

  • Refund Process: Returns are inspected upon receipt. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within a specific timeframe.

  • Issues with Refunds: Clients should contact their bank or credit card company if refunds are delayed.

  • Exchanges are applicable only for defective or damaged items.

  • Shipping costs for returns are the client’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
